Monday

Lurong Paleo Challenge Contestants...Well, 12 of the 31 that have signed up prior to this posting... Tuesday night at 7:30pm we will host a question/answer session and go over Paleo meal ideas and go over what is/what is NOT paleo.

If you signed up for the Lurong Challenge and didn't come in to get measured today you still have time! I will be at the gym for all classes tomorrow :) Just make sure to bring a journal to log your measurements into so that when you get home you input the correct numbers!
Also, Tuesday at 7:30pm we will have a Q & A and go over meal ideas! 
Benchmark WODs for the challenge will be Tuesday/Wed and Friday. If you do not make it these days then it's up to you to come in during open gym time to get them done. Yes, that means you can do them during weekend open gym as well because you have until Sept. 29th to input them into your dashboard on their site!

NEW SCHEDULE...
...still being worked on! But we can tell you that we will have a 5am class Monday/Tue/Thurs/Friday and that our beginner classes will begin Oct 1st. The days and times for our beginner classes are trying to be settled, stay tuned!
