Here goes one of your Lurong Challenge Benchmarks *note: we are not doing it in their order

3 rounds for time:
500m Row *those registered for the challenge get rower priority-others will do a 400m run 
12 Body weight Deadlift (scaled 1/2 bodyweight)
21 Box Jumps 24/20 (scaled 16/12)

Immediately Following:
You will have 3 min to find a 1RM Press. Must clean weight—no racks used.
