Saturday Schedule:
*Due to a noon coaches meeting*
9am regular class
10am FREE intro WOD AND open gym (open gym only for one hour 10-11)
11am BARBELL CLUB (Sept 29th is the last day of barbell club)

I hope everyone is doing well with week ONE of the Lurong Paleo Challenge! Remember to add our nutrition FB page if you would like a place to ask questions, vent, and share meal ideas! Week one is half way over--stay strong guys! Remember that in 9 weeks you will see some incredible changes if you put your mind to this and I know you ALL can DO IT!
A great tip for those of you that are REALLY busy....make and pre-pack in baggies/tupperware enough food for a week (do it on Sunday)! You can freeze a lot of it too.  That way you can just grab and go! TIP FOR SUCCESS!
