5 rounds:
Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swings 32/24KG
30 Pull-ups


*You will both run the 800m run
*You cannot begin the swings until both people are back from the run
*You must complete the swings before you move onto the pull ups
*You can split the reps between each other however you'd like as long as it's a total of 30 

REMINDERS:
*OPEN GYM IS ONLY FOR ONE HOUR TODAY 10-11am due to a Coaches meeting we had to take an hour away. Sorry guys! Barbell Club will run at 11am, and regular class 9am as always!

*10AM I will be hosting a FREE INTRO WORKOUT for anyone that has been wanting to come try out CrossFit! Come on in!
