Schedule
9am regular class
10am beginner only!
11-12:30 open gym

WOD
Pick a partner and complete:
20 min AMRAP:
15 Push Press 115/75#
3 Rope Climbs
30 Sit Ups

Person #1 completes the AMRAP
While person #2 completes a 400m run with a 20/14# med ball. When the runner gets back they start on the AMRAP where their partner left off.

CASH OUT
30 hip extensions

The beginner class will be focusing on push press technique and going over how to do rope climbs/learning the footing!
They will also do a partner WOD however it will be slightly different ;)
