Tasha walked into CFU with no workout experience, not a day in her life!
Look at what 1 year of training can do. Mind you, Tasha comes in 5 days a week....if you want it,
you've got to work for it! Tash is an inspiration to us all and to all mothers. You wouldn't even know it but this strong woman has three beautiful daughters!

BURPEE CHALLENGE:
100 Day Burpee Challenge.....who wants in?
1 burpee on day one, 2 on day 2, 3 on day 3 and so on for 100 days.
If you miss a day you must add those burpees onto the next day. Burpees in a WOD will not count toward your total. You can do your burpees at home, at the gym, at work, at the coffee shop....where ever :) You can also break your burpees up during the day however you'd like. I'm going to

start a board at the gym for us to keep track of all the burpees we do and what day we are on. During the 100 day's I will post different challenges such as doing burpees in a funny/creative place and getting it on video (one example) and there will be prizes for the people that win the challenges during the 100 days :) So with all that being said we are going to start on MONDAY the 19th

30m Farmer Carry as heavy as possible
