Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
155 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
15 Deficit push-ups, hands on 25 pound plates
15 Box jumps, 24" box


Wednesday we will be doing a memorial WOD during each class time for the victims of the Newtown, CT shooting. We are asking for donations that will benefit the families. Mission statement for the donations found at newtownmemorialfund.org

    Somebody came up to ask me questions about my workout....minute or so off. so I added a few more minutes to the end.
