Barbell Club starts tonight!
We ask that those of you that are doing barbell club do not come to the regular class that day, unless you want to come and work on mobility.
While the barbell club is working hard on improving their Oly lifts, so will we!
Breaking down the Clean!
A majority of the class will be spent on form work
Clean (power is acceptable)
75% of your 1RM Clean
2 reps every 30 seconds for 5 minutes:
Every minute, on the minute for 10 minutes.
20 seconds as many squats as possible
20 Double Unders
Please remember that Saturday we are CLOSED! Come to RVA CrossFit and watch our CFU members that are competing in SuperFit, come support and cheer them on!

58# Cleans; 141 Air Squats - thighs are gonna burn this afternoon. But I like it!
ReplyDelete#115 Power cleans lost count on squats but was able to string all double unders together but one cause my shoe came untied..(HATE that!)
ReplyDeleteWent to the gym last night to get heavier presses (jerks) in. Worked up to #110 and came out with some pretty awesome bruises on my collar bone and shoulders...
Everyone did awesome today, a lot of progress on the cleans!
