Strength:
Deadlift

Establish a heavy set of 3
3 rounds
10 cleans 135/95 (full movement)
20 box jump 24"/20"
Rest 3:00
50 pullups for time
*every time you drop, 100m run (this should be done in no more than 5 sets)

A friendly reminder:
If you are early to the gym, or staying after your class please make sure to keep voices down. It's very distracting to the current class going on if they cannot hear their coach. It's also very distracting to the coaches. Please be respectful of both the coaches and members time in the gym. For some people this is their only "ME" time and it should definitely be an awesome part of their day :)
