Thursday NO OPEN GYM @ 3:30pm

Please remember that the gym will be closed during our normal open gym hour at 3:30pm
Coach Kenny will be there to open for 4:30pm class.

Choose your "goats" 2 of them!
We have been spending a lot of time working on goats the last few months and I have seen such an improvement! Way to work your weaknesses and really nail those movements that have been giving you a rough time, I am proud of you guys!
If you normally rest on Thursdays and aren't sure what a "goat" is...well it's one of those dirty, nasty movements that are always giving you troubles. Choose a weakness!! (well 2 for tomorrow)

Nick just "floating" up there  with 90#...no big deal!
