Climb the ladder as high as possible:

Chest to Bar Pullups
Lunges
Sit-ups
Thrusters 95/65
rest 5:00
25:00-35:00
find 1 rep max shoulder to overhead (press, push press, or jerk)

Please remember there is NO 8am class on Thursday.
Also, we will be CLOSED Saturday to take part in the John Faas Memorial WOD at 757.
