Sunday 10am Nutrition Seminar.
OPEN GYM will start at 11am on SUNDAY and will run until 1pm. We will still have the skills class going on at Noon. During skills we will cover kipping and butterfly which is what we missed last weekend :)
Custom Fit Meals has partnered up with us for the Nutrition challenge and is offering you 10% your meals for the duration of the challenge! We begin April 22nd and go until May 17th. The baseline WOD will take place during classes on Monday.
