Nutrition Challenge BEGINS!

Today's WOD is also the benchmark WOD for the challenge! If you are participating in the challenge please make sure to record your WOD time, if you used a band and what color, what weight you used on your thrusters, etc. Be specific because in 4 weeks you must do it again, exactly the same way!
