Partner #2 Max Rep Strict Pull Ups

Partner #1 100m Farmer Carry with plates 45/25's (tree and back)
Partner #2 Max Rep Double Unders
*Switch*
Partner #1 500m Row
Partner #2 Max Rep Hollow Rocks
*Switch*
With your partner load a barbell 135m/95w, get into a back rack carry
and carry 400m. The bar must NEVER touch the ground. Switch at the 200m mark.
You will jog/walk/run next to your partner the entire time, if they need a rest you can switch but
never letting it touch the ground.
