Congrats to our wonderful friend Christina Goode for placing 11th in the 
North East Regionals last weekend!
Christina is one of the OG CFUer's, back in the garage days!


Establish a 3RM OHS

"AirForce WOD"
For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
Starting with 4 burpees on each minute, every minute. You must stop your reps to do your burpees then continue on with your reps. Men 95#/Women 65#. Scale as needed.

Saturday morning we are going to start the move.
at 9am we will have a MOVING/PACKING WOD. So if you want to get in a weekend workout (especially if you aren't doing Murph) there will be a WOD programmed in that will incorporate moving the equipment into the truck, don't worry it won't be just walking back and forth, it will be an actual WOD! 
Then, anyone that wants to help us move can come and help because we will be doing it most of the day.
