We will be at First Landing State Park Beach, in VA Beach at 8:30am for a Beach WOD.
CFU WILL BE CLOSED!
Then head over to CrossFit 757 for SuperFit to watch Nicole, Andie, Larry, Dan and Andrew Y!!
