FRIDAY!

SATURDAY we will be closed! We will be doing a WOD at 8:30am at First Landing State Park. There is usually a 5$ fee to park there. All Element's classes are welcome to come join in the fun. We will be WODin in the sand and usually we all just go barefoot. It'll be fun! Right afterward we will be heading to CrossFit 757 to watch the SuperFit competition. Time to support the Hampton Roads athletes and we have a few of our own CFU athletes throwin' down! Andie, Nicole, Larry, Dan and Andrew Y! Good luck to all! 
Sunday we will be doing a mobility WOD at Noon! 
Next weekend  (Saturday) we have a Injury Prevention Seminar by PT specialist Nicole! It will start at 10am after the WOD. Open gym will begin at 11am---be there!
