Wednesday: PLEASE WEAR LONG SOCKS!

I saw some gnarly burns from just SKILL work last week. OUCH

*Please remember that when running the laps around the building, HUG the fence line. There is a nice trail being made by all of our fast feet, follow it! If you run close to the building side you WILL step into a hole, bump, uneven ground.
