The heat is INTENSE this week. Make sure that you guys are staying hydrated and getting in enough salt in your diet to hold onto the hydration. If you can get in during the AM hours that is the best possible thing to do! If you're an evening person, proper hydration is even more important. Happy WODing and be SAFE!
