Oct 26th 9-4pm we have Coach Don McCauley coming to CFU to teach us the Olympic Catapult method. I highly recommend this seminar....however there is a limit of 25 participants. Oyster Point is hosting the day after we are so if you cannot make Saturday you can sign up for their Sunday seminar.
