Saturday: Partner WOD

Meet at Brute Strength Gym in Norfolk. Meet starts at 
11am if you can go out and give him some support!

Don't forget there is a 9am ENDURANCE WOD every Saturday morning as well as our regular WOD!

Grab a Partner and come WOD!
18 min AMRAP
1 person completes:
200m Farmer Carry DB/KB
While the other person AMRAPs:
10 Box Jumps
15 Deadlift 155/105 *
20 Sit Ups, VUps or Hollow Rocks *pick one or mix it up each round

*as the DL weight my appear light it's still an RX weight, used for a long  AMRAP. It's lighter than the usual 225/155 that you see for benchmark WOD's for a specific reason so if you normally scale you will still need to scale, unless you can show perfect form for 18 min at the RX weight listed. Coach Andie will make you lighten your weight if your form falters!

The Chalk:
Sorry for the inconvenience of one less chalk bucket, I didn't think it would be a huge deal as the two days prior really didn't have a need for chalk use while I made up our new chalk buckets, I still have to finish making one tomorrow. I am trying to mimic the ones they use at gymnastic studios with the fabric covering the top to limit dust going all over the place.
Also sorry for the miscommunication when I posted about it on the blog the other day I just meant that it was a temporary thing, I wrote on the FB page that it was just for "today" but realized on the blog I didn't specify that so people thought it was forever...sorry! But it did give most of you the chance to try the liquid chalk so that way those that do like it have the option to use it :)
