Coach Brit and Ryan had their sweet baby girl Hailey today(Aug 25th).
Just under 6lbs, 19in and beautiful and healthy as can be!
Little Hailey has been WODing the last 9 months with Team
Grit under her belt she couldn't wait to crack open a Kill Cliff :P HA!

For time:
Start w/ 20# front weighted 400m run *front weighted means you will be holding a med ball at your belly--only option!
Then:
5 Rounds
5 Strict Weighted Pull Ups 20#
20 front weighted step ups 20#
End w/ 400m Run
*non weighted for Hailey's birthday! Because we all know Brit can't wait to get in here and run without the baby bump :)
