Happy Monday! PARTNER WOD!

Partner WOD

Part 1
Partner 1: 
15 Deadlifts 225/155
Partner 2:
AMRAP KB Swings 70/53#
Switch as soon as your partner finishes the deadlifts and complete 3 rounds EACH

Once you complete 3 rounds each:
REST 1 MIN

THEN COMPLETE:
Part 2
800m Run (200m at a time until complete. That's 1 lap around the building then tag your partner)
75 Lateral Jumps over barbell (over and back = 1 rep)
50 Burpees
25 V-Ups EACH
The clock stops when both partners finish the v-ups. All other reps in the second part of the WOD are shared.
WOD time is part 1 + part 2. You can subtract out your minute of rest.
