Skill Work:
Choose a gymnastic skill from the following:
Rope Climbs
Kipping
Butterfly Pull Ups
Dips
Static Holds
Muscle Up Progression
Handstands (freestanding or against wall)
Kipping Handstand Push Ups
Pistols
WOD
3 Rounds, each for time:
500m Row
400m Run
Rest three minutes between each round.
If a class is very large you may get a tad longer than a three min rest break
