I hear some of the guys are doing a Heavy Grace show down!

Shuttle Run (10m increments) 20m-40m-60m-80m-100m
Rx Level 3: 135/95
Level 2: 95/65
Level 1: 65/45
On the shuttle run both feet must cross the line AND both hands much touch the line
Unfinished reps are seconds added to your time.
7 min rest break then:
12 min to establish a 5RM Deadlift
