This weekend we will have an intro WOD at 10am on SUNDAY! If you have friends please let them know, this will be the last one for a while due to all of the events we have going on in Oct.

20 MIN AMRAP

Partner #1: 400m Run

Partner #2: AMRAP 
10 Front Squats (no rack) 115/75#
12 Toes to Bar
10 OHS
12 Lateral Jumps

Partner #1 Runs while #2 does the AMRAP. When the runner gets back, switch, and start where your partner left off on the AMRAP. For rounds!
