Lift Up Luke begins at 8:20am (first heat).
We will open the doors at 8am for you to come in and warm up.
If you are coming from another gym please remember that we have moved locations, we are now located at 1021 Executive Blvd #104 (if you see Robert's Oxygen, turn in!! We are in the back)
There will be lots of free Optimum Nutrition products to try out as well as some drawings for free prizes. One including a 100$ gift card for bodybuilding.com product!
