We will open at 8am, the first heat is at 8:20am and we will go until about 9am.

This event is for another great cause, it is in support of the Autism Tree Foundation and the shirts are SWEET! :)
We will take cash donations at the door, those donations will go to a local foundation called Surfers Healing in VA Beach.

The gym will be closing at 11am both Saturday and Sunday.
BUT we will close early if nobody shows up between 10-10:15, but that point it's too late to come in and warm up and WOD. We know that a lot of people will be at Bend the Bar to support our athletes and we will get there as soon as we close the gym down!
