Here we go! This is the LAST lurong WOD. Make sure to come into open gym to make up the last two Lurong WOD's if you weren't able to make it in during the days we completed them.
You also need your MEASUREMENTS done by me or Drew, whoever did them last time before Friday at 10am. We will be leaving town.
