  • 100 Kettlebell Swings Rx 53/35 Lv2: 35/25 Lv1: 25/15
The twist: Athletes can break up the exercises and REPS in any order they choose.

Lurong is OVER after this week! We will do the last Lurong WOD Wednesday. 
You need to make sure to come get measured by me before Friday!! Drew and I will be out of town after the 9am class on Friday.
