Today we WOD for the Philippines; for the lives lost, the destruction made, those injured and without homes. We come together to help the only way we can from so far away, by raising money and sending it to the Red Cross efforts in the Philippines.

15 Muscle Ups scale: 25 C2B/35 Ring Rows
