Thank you Chris Schwan for a great event and thank you to all of the judges and volunteers that were there to help make everything run so smoothly! Shout out to all of our amazing athletes that competed this weekend; Jeff S (5th masters), Bryan L(3rd) , Scott (5th), Lisa (3rd masters), Tasha (1st masters), Andrew D, Andrew Y (1st RX), Kenny (3rd scaled), Keith (6th masters) and Lawrence. Lawrence and Andrew D had their first ever competition this weekend...way to go guys!
NEXT SATURDAY (18th) We will be closing the gym down to honor those lost last week in the helicopter crash in Norfolk. As a huge military community we all know the sacrifices that many of the men and women around this area make, let's go support them, their families, let's WOD in their honor!

We are having a nutrition kick off meeting! If you are doing the challenge please bring a journal for notes, $15 buy in, and a partner (you need a partner for the challenge).
