I think I can speak for all three of us here;
Had a great first competition at Brute Strength gym, lifting heavy, add objects!
Grunting, sweating and gettin' dirty! 
I am so proud of Tami and Treece, these ladies are strong!!!

**This week starts our little schedule change. 5:30pm WOD will be the competitor WOD, anyone can come to this class! Everyone is welcome :) It will just be a different WOD than the normal WOD and always be posted here!**

10 sets of 2 pause front squats, 3 sec pause at the bottom of each rep

For those of you who have been following the competitor WOD the last few months and want to continue, after class please finish in the back lifting area:

Snatch EMOM x 7
2 Snatches, drop from the top and 5 seconds to reset

This weekend we are hosting Bend the Bar at Unrivaled. We will be CLOSED to classes/open gym all weekend. Saturday you can compete, get online and sign up now!! Or you can come and support :) RX and Masters on Saturday, scaled on Sunday. It will be a great time with the HR community.
