Next week is Coach Brian's last week coaching....

last days in the box! 


WOD
Partner "Ryan"

5 Rounds:
7 Muscle Ups
21 Burpees

Scaled:
12 C2B Pull Ups, 14 Pull Ups or 14 Ring Rows (if you use a band: purple or red only, strict)
21 Burpees 

With a partner you will each complete all reps and all rounds! BUT only one partner can work at a time while one partner will be resting. You decide how you want to switch.
An example would be partner 1 does all muscle ups, then partner 2 does all muscle ups, then onto burpees partner one does 10 burpees, partner 2 does 10 burpees, partner 1 does 11 burpees, partner 2 does 11 burpees. This would complete all reps for 1 round for both partners. That is just an example of how you can split it up. But it's up to you! 

STRONG WOMEN
Tami Moore, Latreece Strong and myself will be competing in a Strong Women event tomorrow at 11am at Brute Strength Gym in Norfolk. If you don't have anything else going on we would love your support! I do think they charge a 5-10$ spectator fee.
