This will be the WOD for tomorrow as well as our Games Open Friday Night Throw-Down WOD!
Our Friday Night Throw-Downs will begin roughly at 6:30pm, you will show up to sign up for a heat,
Heats will be listed on the white board of the pull up rig side.
If you are signed up for the open, you must have a judge to input your scores online so please come Friday nights as we will have judges available then. You will not be able to post your scores that you get in class unless you arrange to have another judge show up to class to judge you.
Our Friday Night Throw Downs are all about the community and atmosphere! There is
so much energy in the box. Come support your CFU fam, bring a paleo treat and come hang out!!!
