Pictured above is 14.3 (Friday's WOD), if you are not signed up for the open you
can scale this WOD as needed, you will still increase your weight each
set of deadlifts but you do not have to do these RX weights.
Tomorrow we will run heats in class and you will have a partner help count for you
and make sure that you have the correct plates on.
Cash Out: Partner Assisted, leg push downs 20 total each parter. Push their legs down center or side to side, in no specific order--it will make them work harder not knowing which direction you will push!
As always, if you are signed up for the Open we will be having the Friday Night Throw-Down
beginning at 630pm! Heat list will be going up tomorrow on the FB page!

I will be placing the order Sunday and this will be the final hoodie order until next fall/winter.
