Grab a friend and get them to the box!
Partner #1 400m Run
Partner #2 AMRAP 20 min:
2 Muscle Ups  *scale 3 pull ups (thin band only-otherwise ring rows) + 3 dips (thin band only for rings, otherwise use paralettes or dip bar)
4 HSPU
8 KB Swings 70/53#

When partner #1 comes back from the run you will switch off and they will start exactly where you left off. Total rounds achieved together is the score!
