Just a reminder: Our squat days will now be Monday's and Thursday's. The CrossFit Games Open is all finished up for 2014! It was so much fun getting together each Friday Night for the Throw-Downs! I loved seeing you all push, try new weights, and accomplish new things….great work to everyone!

Coach Kenny and Chris are competing in a Weightlifting Meet April 6th at CrossFit Chesapeake starting at 1pm and would love to have a huge Unrivaled crew there to support them!

Wednesday's will now be our active recovery days, focusing on endurance, skill work and/or lighter weight WOD's and mobility
