After this week we only have two weeks left on the 
squat program. You guys have been KILLING it!

Switch partners every 250m

Once everyone completes the rowing we will spend a good solid 20 minutes stretching. I will do yin yoga with my classes (Coach Jackie)

THE 4:30pm CLASS WILL BE A FULL HOUR OF YIN YOGA
*this is not your typical yoga. We do not hold balance poses. Everything you do is on the floor, seated or laying :)
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel
