Thursday

of each other during workouts…looks like Drew is giving her some good tips :) 

Today is our LAST day of the squat program. 
We will be retesting our back squat on Monday and our front squat on Thursday of next week. 
You guys have done AWESOME with staying consistent on the squat days! I am proud of you all and I can't wait to see what those new numbers will be!

Week 12/Day 2
Back Squats 
60% x 5
70% x 5 
75% x 5 x 2 sets 

Front Squats 
60% x 5 
70% x 5 
75% x 5 

POST WOD
We will have skill work for the remaining of class.
Let's work those weaknesses and make them our bitch! 

Unrivaled Weightlifting Clinic - June 7th
No Pre-reqs necessary except for a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 2-3 hours with a MAX OUT Session after each lift. $20/person. 30 Person Max. First come first serve once the list is put out. (Depending on how this goes we can do this more often)
Barbell Club - Starting June 17th 
(15 person Limit -first come first
serve once the list is put out)
*PRE-REQS*
- Lifters must attend the UW Clinic
- Basic knowledge of lifts
(assessment by a CFU coach)
- Olympic Lifting Shoes
- Lifting straps are suggested but not
required
- A GOOD ATTITUDE! Any negativity
or destructive criticism towards
other lifters will not be tolerated.
- Willingness to listen & learn

- Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30-8:30
(Warm & ready to grab barbell

- Attendance is a must!!!!

who complete the 8 week program
without missing days.
- Mock weightlifting meet at the end.
