Welcome back Ken! Even though it's only been two weeks we missed ya buddy!


TEAMS OF THREE--
FOR TIME:
1800m ROW Relay (600m each)
1200m ROW Relay (400m each)
600m Weighted Run Relay (200m each) 20/14#ball
60 Burpees (split up any way you want with your team, only one person working at a time and one person must hold the 20/14# ball from the weighted run at all times during the burpees)
200m Barbell Carry 225 mens team/185 co-ed team/155female team
    -start with barbell UNLOADED with your plates stacked next to your bar. When you get to this part    you guys will load the bar as a team then carry the barbell around the building. If you need to rest the barbell put it down easily, do NOT drop it. We do not want to create HOLES in the back where we run and it's bad to drop the plates our on the concrete it cracks them---Thank you :)
Carry your barbell any way that your team deems best!
