Sign ups are on the front desk.
If you completed the seminar last weekends you are eligible to sign up, there is a 15 person limit. The class starts June 17th and runs Tue/Thur nights at 730pm for 8 weeks. You must commit to the schedule!
NUTRITION SEMINAR/CHALLENGE
On Saturday at 10am we will have a nutrition seminar, you can come to this class to learn about nutrition basics to compliment your CrossFit even if you do NOT want to do the challenge. Those of you that want to do the challenge this will be a 4 week nutrition challenge, rules will be announced at the seminar. If you miss the seminar make sure you are on the Unrivaled Nutrition page on FB so you can have access to the rules.
Everyone must be weighed and measured by me BEFORE or ON Monday.
The 4 categories you can win are: biggest loser, most journal points, before before and after photos and most improved baseline WOD. We will complete the baseline WOD on Monday, make sure you are there. If you miss it you have until WEDNESDAY to complete it on your OWN.
