Click on the dates that you'd like your children to attend, click the class and then register! You can pre register all classes that work for you, they just need to be registered BEFORE classes that way we know for sure the class stays at 10 or under. I don't want people showing up and I have to turn them away.…It takes a second for the box to pop up when you are registering. I recommend using a computer.

We've had a ROUGH week this week. The heat hit us hard, we had our baseline WOD and our HERO WOD for my close friend. Today we will spend a good amount of time working some new skills after a good warm up. Then a quick skill/strength workout and we will work on some awesome mobility…much needed!

20 seconds of HS holds
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of Hollow Rock Holds
10 seconds of rest
repeat through this, alternating until you finish a total of 8 rounds of EACH.
The workout is 16 total rounds for a total of 8 minutes.
