Wednesday

On June 22, 2002 Officer Richard Herzog was responding to a disturbance call in the Seattle/Tacoma, WA area. Richard lost his life in the line of duty while trying to protect his community’s citizens.  He is survived by his wife and two daughters. He served in the Army Special Forces for over 20 years and had served 7 years in the Newcastle, WA Police Dept.  He was 46 and just had his birthday on June 18th.

One of his daughters is a new found CrossFitter and asked me to create a HERO WOD to honor her father the best way that we know how to in the box.
