Overhead Squats
60% of bodyweight x 5
70% of bodyweight x 5
80% of bodyweight x 5
90% of bodyweight x 5
Bodyweight max Reps

*If you aren't able to OHS your bodyweight for reps yet, please use these percents below based off of your 1 Rep Max. If you do NOT have a 1 rep max, please scale the weight as needed to complete the reps of each set.
