Saturday PARTNER WOD

It's kind of weird, everyone's starting to match…lol! 


Grab a partner, share the WOD! You must complete all of one movement before moving onto the next. Happy Saturday! 

“Glenn”
30 CJ (135/95) * alternating every 5 reps
Run 1 Mile *done as a relay, switching every 400m
10 Rope Climbs *alternating however you'd like 
Run 1 Mile *done same as above 
100 Burpees *alternating every 5 reps
