Monday….here we go!

5×7 Front Squats, across – stay on track we will be retesting your 1RM shortly.

10 RFT of:
3 Power Snatches, 135/95
15 Wall Balls 20/14
SCALE: 
Beginner 5 RFT: 3 Hang Power Snatch (scaled weight), 10 Wall Balls 
Intermediate 7 RFT: 3 Power Snatch, 15 Wall Balls (scale weight on both movements) 

Hey guys, we moved the GHD's, they are now where the FOAM rollers WERE. We are trying to make more space for lifting in the back lifting area
1. Please DO NOT store your bags, bottles, shoes, gear on or near them. Please keep your bags by the cubbies in the front entry area
2. I am working on finding more cubbies/benches/chairs to make the front area a bit more accommodating so please hold tight. 
3. We want to keep that hallway by the bathroom a bit more clear and it was getting very cluttered with bags and peeps. So let's utilize the front desk area better….
