A couple of things:
1. Saturday we will be doing a WOD in honor of 9/11, we wanted to wait for a weekend so that everyone had time to finish the entire thing. 
2. Sunday at 10am we are having a Lurong Paleo Challenge Kick off Meeting/ Nutrition Seminar. Please come if you want to learn a few things about following a paleo diet and/or are doing the challenge and want to make sure you have everything squared away. Anyone from our elements class may come as well!
