FYI: On Saturday we will be doing a 9/11 Hero WOD so that everyone has ample time to finish it, there's just not enough time in an hour to get through warm up/set up and doing the WOD tomorrow.

200m Run, rest equal time
400m Run, rest equal time
600m Run, rest equal time
Repeat this cycle for three rounds.
And mobility PRE WOD, and post WOD as well if you have time left in class!
