We had just finished up a workout at Frisco CrossFit :) 
Dead Lift
10-8-6-4-2, climbing (*each set should be heavier than previous, and as heavy as you can without breaking form)
Accessory Work

:30 on, :30 off
L-Sit (rings,paralettes, pull up bar) 
Top of a GHD hip extension Hold (your body should be parallel with the floor)
Hollow Body Hold
Plank 
Cash Out: Hamstring mobility/stretching
